Experience. Working for you.

With over 15 years experience in criminal law, the Law Office of Todd Henderson is ready to serve you. My previous experience is an invaluable assest to my clients. As a former Assistant District Attorney, I have a unique viewpoint from which to evaluate and determine weaknesses in the state's case against you. I am committed to providing quality representation for any criminal, family or CPS case.

I began my career as an Assistant District Attorney in a county in the DFW metroplex.  After several years at that office, I went into private practice and began representing clients in the areas of criminal, CPS, and family law.  Once I decided to move back home to Amarillo, I went to work for the District Attorney's office in Potter County. I left that office to open my own practice and again began representing clients in the criminal, family and CPS areas.

If you believe I can be of help to you, please do not hesistate to contact me.  Don't let the fear of legal fees keep you from getting in touch with me.  Often legal fees are less than expected, and we offer payment plans to assist you.
